Conveyance & Default Distributor Agreement

Prior to 2021, services to all retailers were provided under a Use of System Agreement. From 1 April 2021, Nelson Electricity Ltd offers a Default Distribution Agreement (DDA) that will apply to new and existing retailers who would like to move to the new Agreement. The DDA has been prepared in accordance with the DDA template regulated by the Electricity Authority.
