There are currently no unplanned power outages on the Nelson Electricity network.

If your power outage is unplanned call Nelson Electricity to report a fault on 0800 508 100 and a faultman will be dispatched. Our call centre is available 24/7.
Customers are advised of planned power outages via letterbox flyer delivery at least five days prior to shutdown.
