If your power outage is unplanned call Nelson Electricity to report a fault on 03 546 9256 and a faultman will be dispatched. Our call centre is available 24/7.
Customers are advised of planned power outages via letterbox flyer delivery at least five days prior to shutdown.

Tuesday 28th January 2025, 9.30 am to 3.00 pm - planned power outage for overhead line and pole maintenance affecting consumers at 1-22 Washington Tce; 4, 11 Wolfe St, Washington Valley, NELSON CITY.
Tuesday 4th February 2025, 10.00 am to 1.00 pm - planned power outage for new underground cable & box installation affecting consumers at 1-6 Lloyds Way; 114-140 Washington Rd, NELSON CITY.
