There are currently no unplanned power outages on the Nelson Electricity network.

If your power outage is unplanned call Nelson Electricity to report a fault on 03 546 9256 and a faultman will be dispatched. Our call centre is available 24/7.
Customers are advised of planned power outages via letterbox flyer delivery at least five days prior to shutdown.

Wednesday 26th February 2025, 9.30 am to 2.00pm - planned power outage for 2x power box replacements affecting consumers at 49, 49/2 Montreal Rd; 103-127 Toi Toi St (odd numbers), NELSON CITY.
